THESE THERMISTORS HAVE A POSITIVE TEMPERATURE CO-EEFICIANT CHIP WITH AXIAL LEADS WHICH ARE HERMETICALLY SEALED WITH GLASS (DO-35) PACKAGE. REISTANCE INCREASE LINIERLY TO TEMPRATURE RAISE. THE MAIN CONTRUCTION MATERIAL IS MONOCRYSTALINE SILICON, SINCE THIS ALSO CALLED AS SILICON THERMISTOR
APPLICATION: These Thermistors are used for-

- Temperature measurement and control in Medical Equipment
- Micro motor timing control
